Each piece of porcelain is broken differently so that the pattern shown is different. Also the gemstone used is not perfectly shaped one so each has own shape. Furthermore, there are plenty of combinations of porcelain and gemstones as well as how to merge them. There might be some similar items time to time, but it never can be the same.
